This Stonehenge Architectural Panels by Johns-Manville sales folder was published in 1969. It featured a textured color (gray is a color) foldout as a sample of the Stonehenge inspired surface. When opened it revealed a picture of Stonehenge stylized much like the one on the cover, which included a nice short writeup.
It is on the back cover we find the damning Basic Specification: "Material shall be an inorganic mixture of synthetic calcium aluminum silicate binder, formed under hydrothermal conditions, reinforced with finely dispersed asbestos fiber."
I would like to thank Asbestoscatalogs.com for locating this unusual Stonehenge collectable for me.
