This Stonehenge Matchbook Cover is from a club that was located at 115 East Park Avenue in Tallahassee Florida. The advertisement on back boasts offering "the Ultimate in adult Rock'N Roll Entertainment".

A brief internet search revealed records shows the current owner Stonehenge LLC is located at 115 E Park Ave Unit 1. A 2005 application for a zoning variance for the Park Ave address was over the elevator requirements.

This Club, Stonehenge was closed in the early 70's and reopened as CPA then became Coolgrind and Urbine bar and restaurants, before it most recently reopened as "Avenue Eat and Drink" featuring a Southern Fusion Menu. I have it on good authority that the landlords, Stonehenge LLC, still have their offices upstairs.
