Running Press (London & Philadelphia) has produced their Build Your Own Stonehenge in a smaller size and Stonehenge Build you own Ancient Wonder in the larger sized, packaged for more than one market.

I used the small one for my Harrier over Stonehenge Diorama in a paint Can.

The large size got a cameo in the introduction to Stonehenge Apocalypse Behind the Scenes on the DVD. About 35 seconds in we get a closeup of the model that quickly pans up to the crew working amongst the giant foam stones the actors worked with, and then paned up to the clouds and dissolved into the title screen.
